Vitamins You Need For Better Skin Texture and Tone

It’s important to know that our bodies need vitamins in order to keep ourselves well-balanced and healthy. Our skin needs vitamin to remain clear. As we all know, our skin is the largest organ, thus it also requires vitamins to stay healthy and balanced.

Using moisturizers with added vitamins will help your skin look and feel healthier, it will also keep your clear skin from becoming (and staying)dry and irritated.

Vitamin A

Dry skin needs vitamin A in order to reduce skin itching and dryness. Vitamin A is also useful in reducing the formation of wrinkles and clogged pores in aging and acne-prone skin.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids

essential in fighting skin damage from the sun.
