What You Should Know About Your Skin
Your Epidermis ( skin) is the largest organ in the human body it’s main purpose is to protect your body from infection, injury, and harmful ultra-violet rays, so it comes as no surprise that the majority of women make a good effort to take good care of it.
The skin consist of two main layers:
The dermis = The Inner Layer
The Epidermis= The Outer Layer
If you want to achieve baby smooth skin, you should make an effort to exfoliated your skin on a regular basis (at least twice a week) in order to get rid of dead skin cells (which end up giving you dry rough skin), and give your skin’s surface a radiant kind of glow. The dermis on the other hand, is responsible for giving your skin its elasticity.
Regardless of it’s position in your body, the dermis also needs to be protected from the sun and other damaging elements such as smoking e.t.c . When the skin loses its elasticity, (this is one sign of the aging), skin starts to sag and wrinkles begin to form.
